The songs that they create are presented at the Lullaby Project\u2019s renowned concerts, performed by artists such as the famous mezzo-soprano Joyce DiDonato, Fiona Apple, and Natalie Merchant.<\/p>\n<p>As part of its efforts for the empowerment and social inclusion of people from different social backgrounds, Carnegie Hall collaborates in Greece with El Sistema Greece, an educational music program for social inclusion, which offers free music education to children and young people, aiming to create a community with music at its core, without discrimination and exclusion. In partnership with the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, the Lullaby Project has been implemented in Greece for 6 consecutive years with the support of Stavros Niarchos Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>In 2024, El Sistema Greece will implement\u00a0 the Greek version of this special project for the 7th year, aiming to discover and present new stories of parental love and offer to the participants new ways to express their feelings for the little protagonists of their lives.<\/p>\n<p>Through this open call, El Sistema Greece is offering to one young composer the opportunity to be among the artists who will live this creative experience and present their original musical compositions at the concert for the completion of the Lullaby Project 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Composers interested in participating in this year\u2019s project are kindly requested to send their application at <strong>info@elsistema.gr <\/strong>by Friday, December 3 including the following:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 CV (including date of birth)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Motivation Letter (expressing their interest and reasons to apply)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Two (or more) samples of contrasting original compositions<\/p>\n<p>These compositions should be delivered in both scores and audio forms, along with a short description of the pieces.
