Konstantina Angelopoulou was born and raised in Athens. She holds a degree in Piano, Harmony and graduated from the Pedagogical Department of Primary Education in Athens. She continued her studies at the Department of Music Studies (NKUA) completing the postgraduate program “Music Education in Formal and Informal Environments”. She has attended music education seminars at the Carl Orff Institute (Salzburg, July 2019), at the Kodaly Institute (Kecskemet, July 2019), as well as the “Vocal and Organ Ensemble Conducting” Summer School of the University of the Aegean (July 2023). The last few years, she has been actively involved in vocal music as she has taken lessons in classical and contemporary singing, while at the same time participating in choirs. Since 2016, she has been teaching piano and theory lessons, and in 2021 she started working as a school teacher. She joined the El Sistema Greece team in September 2022, where she teaches the Choir and Music Initiation class.
