Kyriaki Kountouri

Kyriaki Kountouri was born in Paphos, Cyprus in 1997. She studied orchestra conducting in the class of Miltos Logiadis at the Department of Music Studies of the Ionian University and in 2021 she was PhD candidate at the same department. He has conducted the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra, the Cyprus Youth Symphony Orchestra, the Symphony Orchestra of the Corfu Philharmonic Society, the Symphony Orchestra of the Municipality of Thessaloniki, etc. Since December 2022 he has been collaborating as a conductor with the Greek National Opera as part of the educational programme “Opera Interactively in Schools”. Alongside her work as an orchestra conductor, she is also active as a pianist in the field of accompaniment.
