Music Ensemble & Production Manager

Lydia was born in Athens and graduated from the History & Archaeology Department at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has a Master’s degree in History of Art from the University of Warwick and strong working experience in the fields of event production, stage management, and art curation. 

Prior to joining the ESG team, Lydia worked as a Programming and Production Intern at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) and she held the position of Production Manager at the production company, View Master, having undertaken organizational and stage-managing duties for the realization of hundreds of events. In her professional capacity as Exhibition Curator, she has been involved in exhibitions held in private galleries in Athens and Andros. She has also worked voluntarily for the Benaki Museum and the Museum of the City of Athens, Vouros – Eftaxias Foundation in Athens. She has implemented educational programs designed for children aged 3-15 years at the Takis Foundation and the Technopolis, Athens. 

She plays the piano and, as a child, she took the courses of Music Theory, Morphology & Choral Conducting. Ηer life motivation derives from what Friedrich Nietzsche once said, “Without music, life would be a mistake”.
